For over 60 years, La Pomme Home has helped culinary professionals turn their dreams into reality. Our programs cater to everyone from those looking to begin a culinary career to those hoping to advance their skills. Most of our students enter careers in restaurant kitchens, catering, hotel management, consultancy, journalism, and small business. To enroll in our programs, students must have proficiency in English or French.

La Pomme Home certificates are recognized by professionals worldwide.
Our programs are very competitive. Each year, we receive 10000 applications to fill 1000 spots. In addition to a curriculum vitae, La Pomme Home requires two professional reference letters to complete the application. The professional references must be from a past employer, teacher, or professor. In the applications, we look at how well the student will fit in with the school and its mission.
