Our distinguished teaching staff are handpicked and hail from all corners of the world, from France to Tokyo to New York. With over 150 permanent staff to deliver the core programs, students have access to some of the best training. All of our staff have significant experience with Michelin-starred restaurants and have worked at the top hotels around the world.
Students typically work in small groups of 10-12 people so that they can get individualized support from our training staff. Our programs are designed to ensure students get the most out of hands-on training. All students are required to participate in apprenticeships or internships to gain professional experience.
Our 30000-square metre building is located in Quebec City. Our kitchens and labs are outfitted with the best professional-grade equipment. We have:

- 1 working restaurant and café in the main floor
- 100-seat fully equipped auditorium
